Over the past thirty years, our business growth has been built on quality service. As a result, the vast majority of our customers have come to us through recommendations. However, in today’s highly competitive market word of mouth has to be supported by hard facts and our work delivered under detailed processes and procedures. To demonstrate our high levels of Quality Assurance, we hold BSI certificate no: FM 14032 and operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of AS 9100 Rev C/BS EN 9100:2009, ISO 9001:2008 and assessed in accordance with EN 9104:P1.
Our temperature controlled inspection department uses the latest equipment needed to measure machined components, including state of the art Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Our CMM is computer-controlled which allows an unprecedented degree of accuracy to our inspection processes.
As well as CMM, we also carry out manual inspection at all stages of the production process from set-up and machining through to finished component. We have a full complement of calibrated checking equipment, slips and measuring devices.
Our storage facilities provide both bonded and quarantine stores.
