Monad Precision Engineering's Surface Grinding Service is suited to any situation where extreme precision metalworking is required. Our machines are capable of grinding to very fine tolerances and are ideal for small, medium and batch run jobs.

Our cylindrical machines can accommodate a wide range of material types and sizes up to Ø 200m x 50mm long.

For surface grinding, we use Jones & Shipman 540P Surface Grinding machines. These machines have a reciprocating rapid feed power table with a maximum capacity of 150mm x 460mm - ideal for finishing machined billets and castings.
